National Robotics Challenge Competition

On April 7th, 8th and 9th, our students from RIOT Robotics, participated in their first Autonomous Vehicle Challenge. In this challenge they had the task of designing and program an autonomous vehicle that could meet the requirements specified by the competition rules and was able to complete the course assigned under five minutes.

The team went through four months of hard work to complete their tasks for the competition. Although, the results weren't the expected the students had a learning experienced were they had the chance of discovering how an autonomous vehicle works and the key components to designing and programming one.

We have great expectations for next year and a full head of ideas to improve our work. We can't wait for the moment to come. Until next year!
